Hi, I'm Gaia

I am a women’s empowerment facilitator, ecstatic dance DJ and private coach taking people on a profound journey to discover true inner freedom.  

Using psychological frameworks and embodiment practices my clients learn to develop a deep capacity for holding difficult emotions with compassion. 

Through this work you will develop a personal power that allows you to be fiercely honest with yourself. 

You create an inner safety that allows you to follow the desires of your heart, communicate your needs and boundaries, and surrender into full body expression.
