Little About Me
Hi, I’m Gaia, creator of EMPOWER. I began my facilitation journey in 2016, hosting a modest women’s circle in Hackney and working part-time in a bar. I now facilitate numerous retreats a year, collaborate with the top wellness brands and festivals in the country, and have co-founded True Nature, a platform dedicated to supporting femme facilitators to thrive.
There are few things I love more than supporting women to step into their power and go after their dreams. With EMPOWER now in its 5th year, I am excited to welcome you to the most comprehensive and refined training experience yet that takes you all the way from your first steps in holding group work, all the way through to finding your niche and building a business.
Transform Fear Into Power
Time and again, I've witnessed brilliant, talented women yearning to share their gifts with the world, only to be held back by crippling self-doubt and imposter syndrome. If this resonates with you, you're in exactly the right place.
I've designed this journey to help you transform these challenges into the very source of your power by centering hands-on experience and resilience tools to work with your fear.
If you've been holding back, waiting to feel "ready enough," this is your invitation to step forward. Join us in this transformative journey and unlock the confident facilitator within you.
Who Is This For?
Existing group facilitators
Yoga teachers, sound healers, or any kind of group work teacher seeking to expand their facilitation skills to hold deep containers
One-on-one practitioners
Therapists, coaches or bodyworkers looking to expand into group settings
Professionals from traditional care sectors
NHS workers, teachers or social workers aiming to integrate transformative practices into mainstream environments
This training welcomes women and femme-flavored folk from all walks of life, including those who identify as non-binary womb folk, trans women, and cis women. If you're unsure if this is for you, or if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Venue
Brimpts Farm lies literally at the heart of Dartmoor.
It is surrounded by both farmland and wilderness, with moss covered forest and river spots right on the doorstep, hot tubs and sauna and a large hall space for us to work in.
This is where all of our retreats are held and the land knows us well. It feels like the perfect spot to share the practices that have developed over several years of working here and holding sacred space.
